Golf Course: Planning and Approval

Once the design concepts are agreed, the golf course layout, including locations for key facilities, e.g. the clubhouse and maintenance buildings, the landscape and features are prepared along with construction programmes and budgets.

Planning applications and related assessments and reports are a vital stage in bringing a golf course project to reality. This stage can be challenging but London Rock will prepare all the required documentation, collate all required reports and manage the public liaison to ensure the process of taking the plan through to approval is as streamlined as possible.
